Pressuring you to complete an app, selling on monthly payments and BS upgrades, and packing loans. I deal mainly in Fords and Chevy for both myself and my company. I stepped outside of my comfort zone because I have admired the new escalades since they made their debut and wanted to surprise my wife with one for her birthday. I was referred to Jamie Warren by a friend of mine. I expected the tactics and slick-selling to happen to be them dealing in Cadillacs and high-end and was prepared for it as I understand this is part of it these days. This did NOT happen. Between Jamie and Chuck, they made it easier, quicker, and less stressful to buy a Cadillac Escalade for my wife than me buying basic work trucks for my guys. I like to keep dealings short, and to the point, and worry about being friends after when dealing with dealerships. They have the same goal it seems. There were very generous on our trade-in, very humble on their pricing of the new SUV, and very realistic and accommodating with financing- Jason Strong is a true professional in finance handling. We walked out not only feeling, but knowing, we were treated right, fairly, and with the same respect and directness we portrayed to them. I buy 5-10 vehicles a year for either our family or our company, and I can tell you that if I ever have the opportunity to deal in Cadillac/GM/ or their pre-owned offerings, It WILL be at Jim Ellis and with the honest and fair help of Jamie, Chuck, and Jason. As a business owner, I know everyone is quick to leave a 1-star review, and difficult to leave a 5-star review. I am one of them, I just don't leave reviews unless it is exceptionally deserved, which happens maybe twice a year. Jim Ellis and the team did more than just deserve it, they earned it. My hat is off to you guys and it is apparent why you guys have earned such a reputable name in the industry and look forward to future dealings. Best, Matt May More
