Took vehicle to Mercedes and they said the dealer you purchased from needs to fix this. I texted the issue to my sales guy and he sent a thumbs up emoji… forward to today i get error messages that my lights are not working. Absolutely disappointing to get this kind of treatment from dealership. New Mercedes headlight $3000 for 1 Brakes were also stated that it was in good condition. They are squeezing and bad stopping distance another $600 without labor. This is not what you look for after you purchase a vehicle through a dealership that does a “100”+ point inspection. More
Service Advisors Noah and Reggie are always the best and very helpful. They are the best part of my experience. However, far too many concerns and issues have risen since my initial purchase with this car a very helpful. They are the best part of my experience. However, far too many concerns and issues have risen since my initial purchase with this car and I’m not a happy cadillac owner at this time. Wiring going out. Issues with the muffler! Way too many issues with what should have been a more pleasant owner experience. More

Very nice, professional and honest. In fact, after inspection, they told me I didn't need everything done that I expected, saving me about $300! The could have done the work I expected and I'd never have known it wasn't needed. They also have a very nice waiting area. I'll definitely be returning here. More

The sales consultant (Jonathan Arante) was accommodating & friendly. However, I am Not at all Satisfied with the finance department Listing Price = $50, 740 ~Jim Ellis website Listing: MSRP = $55,4 & friendly. However, I am Not at all Satisfied with the finance department Listing Price = $50, 740 ~Jim Ellis website Listing: MSRP = $55,490 ~Loaner Discount by dealership = minus $4,000 ~Purchase Allowance = minus $750.00 Reasons for Poor rating: ~”Hidden Costs” totaling $3,294 added onto the selling price ~Dealer removed the $750 Purchase Allowance discount which changed the listing price to $51,490 Note: I was told this could not be applied because I was financing through my cu instead of through the dealership. ~Dealer denied the email I presented (even though it was from their dealership): $3,000 Jim Ellis Everyone Qualifies On This 2023 Cadillac XT5 Model effective through 3/31/202 Note: I was told this could not be applied because the loaner discount the dealership applied when listing the car invalidated this discount ~Dealer said they would accept & apply my $1,000 Costco Auto Program Discount Certificate but did not apply it ~Selling Price of $51,990 was entered on financing paperwork (where did the additional $500 come from?!?!) For me looking back I was the victim of sleight of hand tactics & I should have walked away instead of purchasing the vehicle. This comes down to underhanded tactics by the dealership & it is absolutely unacceptable to take advantage of customers ~I was told the $1,000 Costco discount would be deducted but on Seller Paperwork it was not included or deducted. ~I was not told I would be charged for “extra features” that were added by the dealership to the vehicle before it became a loaner for the dealership. When talking me through the features of the vehicle it was never disclosed that four of them were “extra features” & would be charged to me: § All weather mats Note: they were not in the vehicle & had to be shipped to me - received the ones for the front and 2nd row but did not receive the one for the cargo area § Window tinting § Door edge guards § Paint & fabric protection Since these items were already on the vehicle prior to being listed for sale they shouldn’t have been add on costs for me to pay Dealership Sales Agreement Balance Price I paid $62,320.57 Sales Agreement Balance Price I should have paid $53,008.57 More
