CD player change out. I went in to get an oil change and told the service the rep my CD player had acted up once. They tested it and told me if needed to be changed out. I was unaware that they were both still under warranty. The service department was honest and efficient in letting me know that it was covered under warranty and had the car ready to go the same day. Well oiled machine Steve Eason was and is great. I came in for an oil change for my Sierra that I bought new from Steve back in 2015. I told him how service has beat m Steve Eason was and is great. I told him how service has beat me up on the phone since I bought it and next thing I know he has the customer relationship manager meeting me to talk about effectiveness, etc. And she was great, too. Prior to that, I told Steve I was looking for a used truck for my son and described what I was looking for and how difficult it was to find and he immediately told me of a truck he thought would be perfect. It was and I bought it immediately after he took me for a drive. It may have been the fastest vehicle purchase in history. It was for me. The dealership is clicking on all cylinders...a well oiled machine. Thank you. David Leathers More
If not for a new issue each time...good experience We only service our cars at the dealerships and this one is technically ideal, clean and efficient with friendly employees. Jessica is our service pro We only service our cars at the dealerships and this one is technically ideal, clean and efficient with friendly employees. Jessica is our service provider and she is helpful and kind, but sadly, a new problem is created each time we come, which makes our experience less than ideal thus far. Our original issue was a humming/whining noise coming from the passenger side air conditioning vent in our new Yukon XL Denali, only a few days old. Jessica's team replaced the compressor, on the brand new car, which seemed extreme to us, but sadly the noise persisted. At this point, we decided to wait it out awhile and just see if it improved over time, it did not, so we brought it back in, only to be told that corporate was aware of the problem, made a part for it and they would order it, please come back when it's in...I'm not sure why we had to go to the shop to be told this but fine. So we waited, and waited, only to break down and call. I was told, yes the part had been in, "did no one call?" I said no and lets schedule a time to bring it in. I was then told that the computers were down for the day and someone would call me first thing in the morning, not Jessica. I did not receive a call till 2 weeks after, at which point I planned to go to another dealership. However, if you suddenly want to schedule it now, great, lets do that. Brought it in and Jessica's team put the part in, perfect, hum was gone on the drive home...replaced with plastic rattling noise! They obviously broke a clip in the dash, extremely noticeable on bumps or when thumping music is played, but if you put slight pressure on the plastic piece below the vent it stops. We call Jessica, she has us bring it back in. After looking at it we were told it was unrelated...not buying it, but fine, fix it...oh wait, we have to order a part! Okay, so now I bring it back again? Your employees are aware that clients have jobs, right? No loaners either, just wait here a few hours, over and over again, while we diagnose, then order part, then bring back, add nauseam. At our last appointment Jessica's team fixed the rattling noise, yay!!! ...except my husband and I are meticulous about our cars, and he walked around the car in the garage bay right before handing her the keys, only to come out to a chip in the paint on the drivers side, right before the door. He showed Jessica after he inspected the car, before driving away, and she saw it, saying it could be a road chip...my husband and I have driven for a combination of well over 40 years, luxury vehicles from Lexus to Corvettes, and we have never had the odd misfortune of getting a road chip on the driver side of a car. It blatantly looks like a tool struck the YukonXL. Jessica then said we could come back on a Wednesday when the body shop person is there and they could "see what they can do." So now we will make another trip back, at our earliest convenient Wednesday which hopefully is next, without an appointment I guess, in hopes that we leave without a new issue. We also have pictures of how Jessica's team left our dash and glove compartment, COVERED in finger prints and with a new sag to the glove compartment door that wasn't there. While we know we are meticulous about the care of our cars we also do not think it is too much to ask that the technician that works on our car wipe down a ridiculous amount of fingerprints and takes time to notice a sagging glove compartment, which we should be upset about but can't bring ourselves to worry about in comparison to the new nick on our paint. More
