The only reason I gave the 5 star is because James was great, but everyone else was not. If you're not there client and the person that assisted you is not there they will ignore you and act as if you're great, but everyone else was not. James did apologize to me for the inconvenience. This happens every time I come for a oil change to the point where I have been thinking about going elsewhere. More

Oil change was done in a timely fashion and done correctly. BUT, no free 10 cent bags of snacks.
