LAST MINUET APPOINTMENT I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AT 2:30PM W/ A BREAK CONCERN AND WAS ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE FOR 3PM. ONCE I ARRIVED MY CAR WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN IN AND TOM ESC I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AT 2:30PM W/ A BREAK CONCERN AND WAS ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE FOR 3PM. Service writer excellent, phone scheduling very poor After a continuing problem with my GMC Acadia (that I had previously brought in for service) I called Jim Ellis service to schedule another appointmen After a continuing problem with my GMC Acadia (that I had previously brought in for service) I called Jim Ellis service to schedule another appointment. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was rude and abrupt and informed me there was no way possible I could wait for my vehicle. Fortunately the service writer Brandon was excellent and took the time for explanation and the reasoning behind everything. Brandon was very honest with me and was very helpful. I appreciate everything he did to reassure this customer. More

Service rep was not sensitive to our questions and did not follow up on them. Used parts that were replaced were not offered when the car was picked up. Worst experience I've heard of at a service department My wife felt belittled and frankly insulted by the experience she had with Tom during her experience at this service department. To be honest, if I could give negative scores I really would at this point. She was profoundly disturbed by the interaction with Tom - and I will never put her in that situation ever again. She actually was fearful during her time there. Seriously? You just don't treat people that way - ever. Let alone in a customer service environment. This interaction has soured us on the entire GMC experience. We have chosen to buy a GMC SUV and also lease a Chevy car within the last two years. If this is the kind of person that this dealership employs, we will never purchase from this dealer or any other GMC dealership for that matter. More
