Unsatisfactory My service manager must have been having a bad day. He was angry and sullen. Didn't know about my app't.. and had an attitude as if it were my fault. Lousy scheduling With a scheduled 1:40 appointment, the car was taken in for service at around 3:30. Additionally, I asked only for an oil and filter change and ended up also being charged for a tire rotation. My coupon included all but only needed the oil and filter change. Always conscious of keeping me aware of the time they ask of John Anderson has always been conscious of how long I am waiting for the service to be completed. Courtesy, Expertise a hallmark of Jim Ellis service dept. I have always found the service department at Jim Ellis to be Stellar. And I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, especially in my case yest I have always found the service department at Jim Ellis to be Stellar.
