I brought my truck in for a recall and while I was there a second recall was addressed and I agreed to pay for an oil change. That second recall was related to a battery drain issue. I asked the service department if they would reimburse me for my battery that I recently replaced due to this exact issue. The service manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I’ve called and texted the service desk multiple times. Never got a call back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with your service department. I won’t be coming back unless it’s recall related and I likely won’t buy another vehicle from Jim Ellis. More
