Had a real good experience with sales person, Rodney Head. However, the actual purchase of the vehicle with the finance person was miserable. Had check in hand. Was on my way to hospital to visit my son my Ram truck ran very hot was able to get it cooled down and dropped wife off at Emory hospital at 4:45 Saturday evening call Jim Ellis they had Hugh Larsen waiti ran very hot was able to get it cooled down and dropped wife off at Emory hospital at 4:45 Saturday evening call Jim Ellis they had Hugh Larsen waiting on me arrived at dealer at 5:15. That man and his crew had me back on my way to hospital by 8 paid me more than truck was worth and got me a payment I can handle. Didn’t get truck washed until Monday night and noticed two kinda small dings in fender called Hugh he had drive back out there and had me back on road happy with washed truck by 2 just a all around Professional Operation all the way around keep up the great work More

I came in to get my windshield wiper replaced, and the service was excellent! They were able to take care of it quickly and even provided me with a ride back to work while my car was being worked on.
