This week I had some routine servicing performed o Mr. Jamal Diamond is an outstanding professional in the Service Division at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo. This week I had some routine servicing performed on my vehicle. From the beginning to the conclusion, the process was seamless and almost effortless. During this visit Mr. Diamond advised and helped me to understand more about several features and functions on my vehicle, along with details about my vehicle’s warranty. This was super helpful! Purchased my second Alfa here. Was trying to be loyal, but had a terrible experience with the second Alfa. It currently has warning messages on even though the car was at the deale Was trying to be loyal, but had a terrible experience with the second Alfa. It currently has warning messages on even though the car was at the dealer for 2 days, but it wasn’t fixed. The dealer isn’t very responsive at all, and I tried copying the GM and everyone else I could find. The only positive here is the sales person, her name is Somphet. She always tries her best, but it is the only one I would ever si bussines with. The sales manager, his name is Adam ignored all of my emails and text messages regarding the issue as well as pricing the car for a replacement. Terrible, just terrible way to do buss. I cannot believe this is a Jim Ellis dealer since Mr Ellis was always all about the customer. More
