Service that went Above and Beyond My wife and I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Jim Curley KIA in Lakewood, we love the car and feel as though we were treated exceptionally well by o My wife and I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Jim Curley KIA in Lakewood, we love the car and feel as though we were treated exceptionally well by our salesman Benny Chavez. He was a straight shooter and as honest as I have ever seen a car salesman. We needed to have some warranty work done so we went to a Hyundai dealer for the work and they noticed that the brake pads were below specs and suggested a front brake job. I didn't feel that we should be responsible to replace the front brakes on a car we just purchased so I took the car back to where we bought it, only to find that Jim Curley KIA was now Difeo KIA. The people at Difeo KIA told me this was not their responsibility and that I should trade my car in and buy another car from them. The only person there that offered any kind of help was the service adviser who suggested I contact Jim Curley Buick/GMC. I called the Service Manager Christopher Cotten at Jim Curley Buick/GMC to express my concern and he told me to come right in and let him take a look at it. I picked my car up from the Hyundai dealership and promptly took it for Chris to look at. From my first interaction with Chris I knew that I was dealing with a true professional. He was extremely accommodating and courteous and brought my car into the shop immediately to be inspected. Upon completing the inspection he agreed with the Hyundai dealers assessment that the car did indeed need front brakes, he also agreed that they never should have sold me this car without first changing the brakes so he performed this repair for me at no charge. Besides changing the front brakes for me Chris had his technician check the rear brakes and give the car a once over to be sure everything else was good. Not only did Chris go above and beyond he made me feel welcomed at Jim Curley Buick/GMC. He has made their dealership the first place I will go the next time I'm in the market for a car. I highly recommend the service department of Jim Curley Buick/GMC and am extremely thankful for the service I received. More

Very good salesperson Kalyn Iverson was very impressive because she had a positive attitude. She worked hard to find me the right vehicle for my needs. Didn't feel pressured, just helpful. It was a very blustery day, I decided this was going to be the day I started looking. I went several places but I don't think salespersons were too h It was a very blustery day, I decided this was going to be the day I started looking. I went several places but I don't think salespersons were too happy o come outside. So I came to the Kia lot and Jason was not one to hold back. My husband has a Kia & had always praised the mini van. Also y so in N.C had just bought his two daughters the Soul. He showed me the Soul+. At first I was stunned to see all the features. While I wanted time to think, I went to another highly regarded dealer. Drove a small SUV . Liked it. Spent a day thinking @ the comparison & decided the spunky Kia won me over. Now I have to learn all the treats included. Surprise, surprise it includes auto starter & love keyless. Thanks Jason Alemeda More
