When I noticed some minor scratches on the vehicle, Brian ensured that they were buffed out and that the vehicle was delivered in pristine condition. My experience with Jim Coleman Toyota couldn't have been better unless they had given the car to me! I had already been dealing with them in their service department for not quite ten years, but it has bee better unless they had given the car to me! I had already been dealing with them in their service department for not quite ten years, but it has been in the past three years that there has been a major, noticeable shift in attitude, professionalism and service. Because of that shift, I decided that I would make an effort to buy my new car from them. I was referred to my salesperson by my service advisor after I asked him to refer me to someone with whom he thought I would be comfortable. My salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. When I researched other dealerships and got a better price from one of them, he matched it immediately. There was no charade about having to speak to the sales manager for permission. When I took delivery of the car, he spent alot of time going over the features of it with me even though I had had the same model car...there have been many positive changes in the car in six years, and the time he spent with me was invaluable. I hesitated to ask him to connect the Bluetooth system in the car, since the dealership from which I purchased my previous car had said they did not do this. My Jim Coleman salesman didn't miss a beat. He hooked it up and programmed my numbers into the car. When I took my previous car in for service at Jim Coleman, I was always pleasantly surprised by how quickly that service was performed. This is by far the greatest dealership I have ever went to. I have purchased 3 vehicles now with the greatest of ease in the past 3 years.. I never have to go back unless absolutely needed and Harald always gets everything done in one fall swoop right away the right way!! I was in the hunt for a used vehical and not sure what I was really looking for. While I was walking around the lot, Peter came out to see if I need help or had any questions. He was friendly, down to earth, and had a layed back, no pressure approach. I ended up spending 7 hours at Jim Coleman that day and worked very closely with Peter all day long. He has so much patience and was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicals. I test drove 8 different vehicals and some of them more than once. Peter wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and went out of his way to educate me about each vehical I was interested in. Peter and a very nice and kind way about him and used some conservative humor to keep things interesting. I just wish all car salesman were like him; because I know from exerince that they are not. This is my 7th vehical I have owned and Peter was the best sales person I have ever had. In a heart beat I would recommend someone to go to Peter to buy a used or new vehical. Peter Lee was more than a pleasure to work with. One last thing... I have only owned this vehical for 5 weeks and Peter has contacted me 3x to check in to see how I like the vehical and if I had any questions about anything.
