He broke down the pricing for us clearly and showed us the exact markup from the dealer price. Luis also waited patiently while we called another dealer to compare prices. I felt comfortable with him as a salesperson so I bought the car without even looking anywhere else. The financing process took some time, but that is to be expected. I have even called him a few times after the fact with several questions about car registration and he was quick to respond to my inquiries.
