We arrived on a Saturday afternoon vaguely curious about the Prius. Ben answered all our questions and arranged for our test drive. He was knowledgeable, professional and affable. We were interested in purchasing through a USAA program in which the dealership participated and Ben understood its details. Once we had decided to purchase, he worked to find the color that we wanted and picked it up himself for us. Everything about the purchase transaction went smoothly and Ben took a lot of time to be sure we understood all of the car's features, particularly the Entune system. Would definitely recommend Jim Coleman Toyota and Ben. More
Went looking for a 2012 Rav4, spoke over the phone with Will who was very helpful and answered all of our queries. He took us for a test drive in the Rav4 and we decided that this was the car for us. Honestly, i feel that the way Greg helped us and dealt with us definitely helped us make our mind up, wish him all the best and everyone else at Jim Coleman for a wonderful experience. I originally walked in to the dealership just looking for a replacement car mat on my 2010 Matrix. In the last couple of weeks though, I had received a mailer/email on a special buy back program Jim Coleman a replacement car mat on my 2010 Matrix. In the last couple of weeks though, I had received a mailer/email on a special buy back program Jim Coleman was having. I didn't think too much of it, until Greg Lacina approached me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him why I was there originally and about the Buy Back program literature that I had received. He asked me what type of car I was looking for and I told him a 2012 Matrix. But when he told me that the 2012 Matrix was not too much different than the 2010, I started asking about the 2012 Camry. Greg then explained what the difference in the new Camry and the older ones; fully loaded with more accessories, ie; new audio system, more engine power, just an overall overhaul of the Camry itself and that also included the body style as well. I told him that I would like to test drive the Camry then. I chose an LE model, Silver color. He brought it up to me and I checked it over. It had a tremendous audio system in it along with a 170 HP 4 cyl engine, Bluetooth for a cell phone and an internal phone book that was exported from my iPhone. We jumped in the car, with me in the drivers seat of course and proceeded to take it for a 5 mile jaunt around the area. To say the drive was smooth is an understatement. I've never been in car with such a smooth ride before. We got back to the dealership and he proceeded to get the necessary information for me. Now understand, in the past, it would normally take 4 to 5 hours in a dealer to purchase a new car. He had me fill out a form and while I was waiting, I had some of their food that they make every Weekend at Jim Coleman on their grill. About 10 min later, Greg came back with some numbers on a sheet which surprised me. Because of the Buy Back program they gave me at least $3,000 more for my car than I thought they would. He had also brought over one of the finance people and I proceeded to go with him to his office. We went over the figures and he asked me what my limit was and I told him. He proceeded to tell me that he was also going to move my GAP insurance over to the new vehicle along with throwing in the Presidents Club package which brings down the overall cost of ownership of the Camry. After going through all the numbers, he came very, very close to what I was looking for and I told him after 5 minutes of thinking about it that I'm interested in the auto and lets write it up. Just a side note, Toyota Motor Finance had already pre-approved me. As of this point I had been there about 80 minutes (yes, I was keeping track) and I realized that the only thing left was the actual signing of the papers and the cleaning of the new Camry, oh yes, and the moving of the junk out of the Matrix into the Camry. With all of the paperwork signed and out of the way, all I had to was wait for the paint protection, the undercoating and the cleaning to get done. After another 20 minutes of waiting (now at almost two hours), the Camry was driven around. Greg proceeded to transfer my plates while I transferred my junk to the Camry. 10 min later I was done, Greg was done and it took a little less than 2 1/2 hours this visit. I shook hands with Greg and told him I would be back tomorrow to deliver the other key along with some paperwork. All in all an excellent experience; from the customer service (they treated me like I was someone) to the excellent service they gave me all around. And yes, I will go back to Jim Coleman in the future to purchase future Toyotas. More
Pat Corey is a refreshingly low key (not pushy), friendly, and extremely helpful sales representative. Brian Brooks also assisted me check out a car that just became available when Pat had a day off. He stayed on top of all the details and kept me up to date on the car's process as it was checked and cleaned. They were happy to work together so that I could get the best car for my needs. Everything went smoothly, and the used car I bought is in great shape and looks new. More
