Purchased a Toyota Prius Plug-In around Memorial Day 2012. Not too many of these cars have been sold as of yet but it's awesome. Dan Smith was honest about its pluses and minuses (particularly spare tire not included). But the dealer helped me get a great alternative and got me going. So very pleased. More

Overall very positive buying experience for a '12 AWD Highlander Limited. Ben Lare managed my sale right from the internet quote through purchase and delivery. Ben and the other sales managers were very pleasant. I was presented with the usual post purchase options, but was never pushed into buying any. Maybe it's the location (Bethesda with it's more affluent clientele) but I found the dealership to be very professional; felt more like a Lexus dealership than a Toyo one. And of the many salesman I've met over the past few weeks in various dealerships, Ben was definitely one of the nicest to work with. Ben was more than willing to beat any quote I had, so it does pay to do your research and go with good quotes. Good luck with the buying experience, and enjoy that new car!!!!! More

Matthew was very professional, personable and most of all...patient. we plied him with many questions and concerns and too put us in Matthew's hands. He clearly knew the product and helped us navigate through the features of each vehicle.Also helpful were Martin Beckier, Bienvenu, and the woman who gave us our options on various products of protection (whose name escapes me). We found everyone(including those not involved in the sale) to be friendly and attentive.Kudos to Matthew for quelling the nerves of someone who hadn't purchased a vehicle in 18 years...and yes,my soon to be retired Corolla was purchased at the very same dealership! Matthew Muradez, my salesman, was friendly, helpful and responsive in both Internet/email/telephone communication and later at the showroom. He was knowledgeable about the various manufacturer/dealer "packages" and talked to his sales mgr. several times in finding the best option for getting me the best price, finally bringing in Patrick Coleman, his boss, who sealed the deal with an extra $200 off "to make sure I was happy." Theo Langston, the finance rep, could probably sell snowballs in Alaska, and though he had a menu of possible "add-ons," he recommended only two which would be of special value to me since I had told him I planned to keep the car for 10 years or more. I think I should have received more money for my trade-in, even though the car was old with bumper pings and the like, but all-in-all, it was a good day's work. Although I don't think I could ever say buying a car was a GREAT experience, Matthew, Patrick, Theo--and everyone at Jim Coleman Toyoto -- made the experience as hassle-free and successful as possible.
