Matthew Muradar was our salesman. We were very pleased with his patience, low key style and service. He was extremely patient in explaining the features of our car, taking a lot of time to do it and nev with his patience, low key style and service. At no time did we feel he was trying to talk us into features we might not need. He also agreed to drive 200 miles to pick up the exact car we wanted and never complained about doing so. Many time in our interaction he said he was there to help us. The day after we picked up our car, when we called he offered to search our trade in to find something we had left in it. Roy was also a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and we felt he was treating us honestly, perhaps the way he would like to be treated. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone did that! More
I had a great experience at Jim Coleman Toyota! Daniel was the sales associate who worked with me to lease a new car. From the time I called him asking for a quote to leaving the lot with my car, I can't was the sales associate who worked with me to lease a new car. When I first called, Daniel was helpful in answering all of my questions and getting information for me. When I actually went to the dealership to meet with him, he had everything we had talked about ready and then some. I also worked with Theo, who too, was very informative and helpful in answering all of my questions. It was my first time leasing a car, and Theo went through the entire process with me, ensuring that I felt comfortable with everything he told me. They both took the time to make sure that I was happy with my car buying process. More
Luis was a great salesperson - he was friendly, responded to our inquiries, met our needs, and never tried to pressure us into purchasing something we didn't want. Other folks were equally nice, especially the manager (I believe his name was Arslan). Things got a bit more intense once we were at the finance department, with new options and add-ons being thrown at us, but we were able to deflect that because we knew what we wanted. And we understand that's how folks make their money. Bottom line: it was the initial experience with Luis as a salesperson that makes us rate this dealer as highly as we do. So, make sure to ask for Luis when buying your next car. More
This was the best buying experience I've had in more than 30 years. Treated very well. Very good trade in value, very good value on a new Prius. I was impressed with the entire team and to my surprise the General Manager whom I thought was another friendly customer asking how my experience was going turned but instead to be making sure his team was keeping the customer happy.
