Our family has always been loyal customer of Jim Coleman. I was there to service my 2010 Corolla when Matthew walked to me and offered help. We were very impressed with the outstanding service we received from Jim Coleman Toyota in the purchase of our new Toyota RAV4. Godwin Kutu-Agbeko called us within an hour with his response to our Consum received from Jim Coleman Toyota in the purchase of our new Toyota RAV4. Godwin Kutu-Agbeko called us within an hour with his response to our Consumer Reports request for a price on a Red 2012 RAV4. This was at least an hour before the other two dealerships called. He was courteous, informative and very prompt in answering all our questions without ever being pushy. We made an apointment to meet him that evening to see the car. The car was waiting for us right in front of the dealership when we arrived looking sparkly and new. As before, Godwin and all the personnel with whom we interacted were polite, informative and helpful. No one was ever pushy or impatient.
