He assured me he could and treated me just as I was a customer with a 800 score. I went around (physically) to various dealerships was given the run around and treated like I had the plague due to my unfortunate credit situation. Everyone made promises they just simply couldnt deliver or it was an astronomical interest rate. I went to Jim Coleman spoke with Alexandra and Harold. They treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. When one has a financial crisis, its embarrassing and depressing to say the least. You really don't need someone else to beat you down more. Harold delivered EXACTLY as he promised. After purchasing my 2010 Highlander from Jim Colemans, I sat in the car and became very emotional. It was an extremely happpy emotion, for so many reasons. One being, I have a chance to start over and all because Harold and Alexandra gave me a chance. Not only was I offered a second chance but with a smile. They never mentioned my financial situation, not once. They sincerely acted as if I was a customer with stellar credit. The rate I received around 11 was the lowest offered by ANY dealership I visited and trust me I visited atleast 10. It's taxing on your emotions let alone your time. I have always been treated this way by Toyota dealerships, its all I've ever driven. All the big names or anyone in between can't compare. I can say that because I've interacted with them. I can go on and on about Harold and Alexandra. I will say this, if you are looking for someone who wont blow your phone up, nag you about coming in, give you false hope, and sell you empty dreams; then you better save yourself some time and get over to Jim Coleman and speak with Alexandra and tell her to make sure she has Harold take care of you.
