Thomas, my service contact, is welcoming and ready to initiate the service that is being performed on my vehicle. He has told me in advance of my visit, how long he expects the service to take so that I initiate the service that is being performed on my vehicle. He has told me in advance of my visit, how long he expects the service to take so that I can wait at the dealership or if it is a longer service, plan to return when the job is completed. I also appreciate that Thomas shows me photos of the parts of my vehicle that may need repair. He answers questions about prioritizing what safety needs are necessary to take action in the present as well as what are future safety concerns. This allows me to plan ahead and put these future safety repairs in my budget. More
