He has told me in advance of my visit, how long he expects the service to take so that I initiate the service that is being performed on my vehicle. He has told me in advance of my visit, how long he expects the service to take so that I can wait at the dealership or if it is a longer service, plan to return when the job is completed. I also appreciate that Thomas shows me photos of the parts of my vehicle that may need repair. He answers questions about prioritizing what safety needs are necessary to take action in the present as well as what are future safety concerns. This allows me to plan ahead and put these future safety repairs in my budget. More

I haven’t been to this location since it was previously Mile One. I think they did good. However, following my service I went to my independent mechanic and he pointed out some of the incorrect statements Mile One. I think they did good. However, following my service I went to my independent mechanic and he pointed out some of the incorrect statements made by the Nissan mechanics. The one that bothered me the most was the brakes. Nissan said my front brakes and rotors were a 4 and in the red. My mechanic found that it was actually my rear brakes that’s were bad, not the front. What if I had went ahead with the service with Nissan and the wrong thing was done? Would it have been caught or would I have just wasted my money and had something unnecessary done? Not a great experience but it wasn’t awful either. More
