Thomas Corzo was extremely professional and polite when working with me and my car. The issue I have is definitely not with him. It is a personal matter. I purchased tires for my car from another source an working with me and my car. The issue I have is definitely not with him. It is a personal matter. I purchased tires for my car from another source and took them to Coleman to install as well as get an oil change. Their policy won't let them install tires they don't sell. It is a liability thing. I get it but I wish they would have told me that before arriving at 8am. That is the reason I will not be returning. More
I took my car in for an issue with my XM antenna and my Rear defogger light that would not go off. My car was held for 8 days with one mishap after another. I take great pride in keeping up with my maintenance on my car. I was inconvenienced and was not even offered a loaner. When asked, I was told they did not have any. The issues mounted and the communication with Nissan Connect is what I was told was the delay. Unacceptable. In the meantime, a salesperson is asking would I like to trade in my 42,000 plus miles Nissan Platinum Murano for a mere $15,000. Brand new tires, no dents, all in pristine condition. I was disgusted to say the least. In the end of this debacle, I had to the climate change mechanism changed to a refurbished component that did not have a warranty. To boot, then they had to get new keys because the pairing got locked up. I have never had an issue with Jim Coleman until this time. The service mechanics should always have an expert on hand if it is an unusual fix. Unfortunately, Thomas Corzo was only the liaison. My answer would for recommending is this. Get a better Service Team! For mediocre fixes, yes. For brain work, no! More

I dropped my car off on a Sunday for a service appt on Monday. I stood by the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there.
