I can't speak for Sales, and we've only been here once for service, but the issue we brought our vehicle in for turned out to be complex and expensive. Our Service Advisor, Bryan, seemed genuinely committ for service, but the issue we brought our vehicle in for turned out to be complex and expensive. Our Service Advisor, Bryan, seemed genuinely committed to making sure our problem was resolved satisfactorily and that we were treated fairly (I assume others he coordinated with deserve credit as well, but he was the person we interacted with). If my experience was typical for this Service Dept, I would definitely recommend them to others. Nissan N AM & Jim Coleman Nissan should know that providing service like this is the way to build customer loyalty. Our whole adventure was not fun, and it was still quite expensive, but Bryan and his colleagues did the best they could (which turned out to be quite good) to make things better. More
