I came to Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring 30 min driving from my home to see some of the 2025 Nissan Rogue cars that I saw the detailed ad on its website. I was greeted by the saleman Aung Myat Min driving from my home to see some of the 2025 Nissan Rogue cars that I saw the detailed ad on its website. I was greeted by the saleman Aung Myat Min and after asking what I came for, he immediately took me to the parking lot, showed 2 cars SV and SV with premium package. He has excellent technical knowledge about the cars and explained to me both car features then asked me to do a test drive. Thanks to his explanations and this test drive I was in favor of the SV with premium package. After that he turned over to a manager (sorry I forgot his name) to discuss the price including a trade-in of my Nissan 2013 Rogue. This manager was polite and respectful when we were negotiating the trade-in price. After the final price was settled, Min did the required paperwork, including valuable help to set up: 1/ my Nissan account, 2/ Geico insurance update for new car via my phone ap... He took time to show me the Nissan online ap such as owner's manual, warranty... After all paperwork done, I met with Jay Adelson to finalize finance arrangement. He carefully reviewed each page of the document and caught one mistake about the title name of the trade-in car and promptly corrected it then got my signatures for all pages. He also explained different maintenance packages. A pleasant surprise to me is the extra efforts by Min thru Jay's request to come to my home to collect a check, trade-in car title and extra key and my wife's signatures for the finance document (instead of waiting till the following week). Min also had the new car cleaned and filled with gas, and gave me the old license plates from the trade-in car to return to DMV. In summary: I may have missed to write down something but it was a very pleasant experience to deal with Jim Coleman Nissan Silver Spring. People worked hard, efficiently to finalize the deal for me to drive home with a new car. My wife and I are very happy. More
