I recently had an unfortunate experience with JIM COLEMAN NISSAN OF BETHESDA regarding a canceled extended warranty. Despite canceling the warranty within the stipulated timeframe, the dealership has failed NISSAN OF BETHESDA regarding a canceled extended warranty. Despite canceling the warranty within the stipulated timeframe, the dealership has failed to process my refund. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue through phone calls and emails, but each time I'm met with delays and vague responses. This lack of transparency and customer service is disappointing. I expected better from a dealership of this reputation. If you're considering purchasing an extended warranty, be aware that canceling and obtaining a refund may not be as straightforward as it should be. I hope this review prompts better handling of such issues in the future. More
