Once my fiance came home (he drives a tractor trailer cross country) for his 34 hr break, we went to the dealership with no appointment and not only did I get my tires checked, replaced and balanced but I also got a oil change in less than an hour. On my most recent visit, my service advisor, James, told me that my car's minor noise problem might be solved with a very expensive repair - or they could lubricate the parts and that would work too. I've been to other dealerships that routinely overcharge and repair things that aren't necessary. I love that Jim Coleman gives me an honest assessment of the problem and my options, and will not advise making costly repairs just for the sake of earning a buck. As someone who isn't an expert on cars - having a service provider that I can TRUST means everything. This is what makes Jim Coleman Honda unique. More

Awesome Service I recently took my car in for its first service (A1). During the visit, they found that I had a nail in one of my tires. My Service Team Lead, Tim, was very friendly, professional, and gave me an update during the visit. As for price, since I am a member of the President's Club I was only charged for the tire repair - can't beat that!!!
