I was apprehensive when Sam Wu, my service tech, called me to his desk after 30 minutes, assuming he had a list of other repairs that needed immediate attention. Instead, he told me that the service, along with a courtesy inspection, was complete and that everything checked out. I loved the color-coded printout that showed the condition of my alignment before and after being serviced! This was a very pleasant experience! More
