From my phone call to confirm if I could walk in to my actual time in shop, the service I receive from Timothy (front desk) was great. David was helpful. I didn’t end up waiting too long and all my concerns (new tire, wheel lock key, oil change) were all addressed and not too costly. Again, I was a walk-in on a relatively busy Saturday mid-morning / afternoon. Very grateful for Timothy as I do a lot Of mobile work and need my car throughout the week. 4/5 only because my tire pressure light came back on the next day and I believe it was related to one of my tire caps (for the air) not being put back on. Luckily I had an extra in my car already. More
