For 10 years all interaction with Honda service has been positive, though occasionally a little pricey. Until now. This dealership will rip you off! Go someplace else, even if you have to drive some distance. They are dishonest. Even the description of what my wife said when she dropped the car off for diagnosis was not true. If you decide to have your car serviced here, be prepared for padded estimates and deceitful practices. More

Great outreach and follow-up Sam, the service rep, did an outstanding job explaining and laying out the cost of a recent repair. Additionally he reminded us of the timing belt rep Sam, the service rep, did an outstanding job explaining and laying out the cost of a recent repair. Additionally he reminded us of the timing belt replacement which was due. All was fixed on time and returned at the end of the day. On top of that, he reached out about a week later and told us of a recall. I never had someone from a service team at a dealership reach out to tell me that they need to fix something at no cost. Truly above par! An example for others to follow and a customer focused business to commend. Great job Sam! More
