I recently took my Honda Civic to Jim Coleman Honda Service Center, and I am incredibly disappointed. My car has only 31,000 miles on it, yet they recommended an unnecessary transmission service, which Service Center, and I am incredibly disappointed. My car has only 31,000 miles on it, yet they recommended an unnecessary transmission service, which Honda typically suggests between 50,000 and 100,000 miles. This clearly felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary services. The prices they charge are outrageously inflated: - Oil change: $87 - Diagnostic fee: $225 - Battery replacement: $460 - Brake fluid flush: $225 - Transmission service: $286 These are extreme, especially compared to what other service centers charge. Furthermore, Tory, the service advisor I dealt with, did not seem knowledgeable about cars at all. It was clear they were just trying to push services rather than give honest advice. I will never take my car to Jim Coleman Honda again. They got me once, but it won’t happen again. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you're prepared to deal with price gouging and unnecessary repairs. More
