I was quite distraught when I had to bring my car in to have Honda help me locate my lost wedding ring. I was greeted by Richard who was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was called immediately by the service technician, Steve Price, and then I received a follow-up call from the service consultant, Richard Berger. Not only did they find my ring, they did not charge a cent! I would have thought after all of the labor it was going to cost me. I will vow to take my car to Jim Coleman Honda for now on.
