I was upisde down on my trade with no extra cash in my pocket. James found me a beautiful 4 door Honda Accord that I never thought would be mine. James and the finance team worked extremely hard to get me into my car. They gave us an amazing steal. They gave us respect and patience for a decision on this vehicle. The payment was a little higher then anticipated but to no fault of James or his team. The process was smooth and painless. He even followed up with me multiple times to make sure I didn't have any questions on the features and talked me through the "gadgets" when I did. I was looking for a new vehicle during President's Day weekend. I had been in contact with 3 dealerships and 3 different sales reps in the area. Two of the sales reps were rude and gave me a huge hassle. I had contacted other dealerships but the sales reps didn't respond to my inquiries by Monday. So, I tried Jim Coleman Honda after being in contact with Theo Vamos. I can say that it was like a breath of fresh air to go into the dealership. Within a few seconds of walking inside the dealership I was greeted immediately and informed them I was there to see Theo. Theo was able to assist me right away even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment with him. He knew the details of the vehicle well and he didn't haggle me with the price of the vehicle. It was almost like a done deal from the start. I had such a great experience at Jim Coleman Honda that I thought I would share this information. Considering there are various Honda dealerships in the area, I can assure you that Jim Coleman is the dealership to go to first. Since then I have had to contact him with a few questions and he has gotten me my answers back quickly. It just proves what a great salesman he is since he is still available for questions after the sale. Funny, it has been over a week and a half and now I am receiving responses back from the other dealerships that are now all of a sudden just getting back to me that are willing to assist me with a vehicle to purchase. The sales experience was to the point and smooth. However its after when they try to get you to purchase features that's a headache. I was told one thing and given another. I was totally disrespected by Dawn and Keith who are managers..but failed in customer service.I then spoke to Anthony the sales manager who listened to my complaint but who knows if he truly addressed it. So as I'm going home my tire pressure monitoring system light comes on.. I went to get it serviced today and 40 mins later it comes on again...I haven't had this car a good week... More
Having previously bought a new Honda at Jim Colemans earlier in the year and having a decent experience I returned to look at 2 used vehicles listed on their website to replace another vehicle and will earlier in the year and having a decent experience I returned to look at 2 used vehicles listed on their website to replace another vehicle and will never return after this visit. I went to test drive a 2010 Crosstour which didn't have a price listed online and a 2006 CRV with very low miles and a great price. I was told the CRV was already sold but the Crosstour was available but it took about 30 minutes to locate the car. After the test drive I was asked if I was interested (still no price mentioned) and I said that I would consider it if the price was good and I got a decent price for my trade. After over an hour of waiting I was finally provided with a sales price of nearly 29K which I think included the 995 reconditioning fee and a ridiculously low offer on my trade (which included my $500 president club bonus). I told the salesman that the prices were not even close and questioned why a same year Crosstour with a little higher milage was listed for 22K on their website to which I was told that vehicle had transmissions problems and no longer for sale. At this point I thanked them for their time but said that we were done and started to leave at which point the salesman asked told me "So when you told me you were willing to buy tonight, you were just yanking my chain.". Needless to say I just walked away. I did check their website the following day and the other Crosstour was not listed on the site but there was now a price for the Crosstour I test drove of $24900. Amazing how the couldn't have started with that price the night before. More

I bought 2 new 2013 Honda Accord (LX & EX model) from Jim Coleman Honda in 2 days (30 December 2012 and 31 December 2012). Jackie Cheng was the Sale person for both of these vehicles. In dealing with Jackie, I found him to be the one of the most honest and transparent sales people I have ever done business with in the car business. Jackie was promptly responded to my initial request on the price of the LX, he answered all questions I had in a professional, clear and concise manner. Although I live 50 miles from Coleman Honda, but the trip I made to Jim Coleman dealer definitely worth my time (and gas). I will definitely buy again from Jim Coleman Honda. And I would 100% recommend Jackie and refer anyone I know to him. BOTTOM LINE: Great dealership with wonderful employees. Anyone needing a car wouldn't need to go anywhere else. More

I truly enjoyed working with on him on the two occasions that I purchased vehicles at Jim Coleman, as well as each time that I call him with a question or stop in for service. He remembers me each time and makes sure that I get VIP treatment. Jim Coleman Honda has a diamond dealer in Sam and I look forward to working with him in the future.
