Visited another dealership and received "ok" service, just dealt with a very pushy salesman. Made the whole car buying experience annoying. After meeting with Richard, I ended up with a new accord model for less than what I was being offered at the previous dealership. Richard really works at making it work for your budget. Superior customer service by far! My fiance will be seeing Richard next for a car. Highly recommend! More

Three times the charm... in 6 months. In January 2015 I went with my sister to purchase a new CRV. Not only was I impressed with the deal they gave her, I was blown away from the customer In January 2015 I went with my sister to purchase a new CRV. Not only was I impressed with the deal they gave her, I was blown away from the customer service we got from Richard. So impressed in fact that exactly two months later I purchased a 2015 CRV EX-L AWD from him. As of last weekend my other sister purchased a Civic from them. Richard never pressured any one of us in the sale, we all got great deals, and we were all treated extremely fairly. In the next year or two I will be sending my other sister (three sisters) there to get the new Pilot she has her eye on and I'm sure I'll be sending my mom there around the same time as well. I am a customer for life and my family and I see Richard as another member of the family. More
