I would like to remove Andy Herbert's name from my complaint. He was filling in for Ed Park and was not told about all of negotiations/emails between Mr. Park and myself. It actually makes the experience even more frustrating but Andy was unfortunatly caught in the middle. It's a shame another salesman left him out to dry like that. My review of the dealership does not change and one star is being generous.
