They're definitely looking out for the customer and they do their best to solve problems with vehicle The service at Jim Coleman is always impeccable. They're definitely looking out for the customer and they do their best to solve problems with vehicle safety and cost to the client (in that order) as top-of-mind. On my most recent visit, my service advisor, James, told me that my car's minor noise problem might be solved with a very expensive repair - or they could lubricate the parts and that would work too. I've been to other dealerships that routinely overcharge and repair things that aren't necessary. I love that Jim Coleman gives me an honest assessment of the problem and my options, and will not advise making costly repairs just for the sake of earning a buck. As someone who isn't an expert on cars - having a service provider that I can TRUST means everything. This is what makes Jim Coleman Honda unique. More

conduct unbecoming & rude phone calls We were looking to buy a new Honda. We sent in online request. Instead of getting a quote, Richard Berger called me & talked me down. We did get quot We were looking to buy a new Honda. We sent in online request. Instead of getting a quote, Richard Berger called me & talked me down. We did get quotes from two other dealers with no hounding on phones with voice mails. He kept calling for two days & left nasty, obnoxious voice mails. As a customer we have right to change our mind & decide different car than the one we started looking. I guess Jim Coleman Honda likes to do business old fashion way. They sure know how to send customer away. More

After my wife got into an accident and totaled her car (on her birthday) we had to scramble to purchase a vehicle the week leading up to Thanksgiving. We wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda Pilot EX for $35K on the road. I had done my homework and knew that was a fair price. I had two other dealerships offer us that number but my wife wanted the silver one at Jim Coleman. She went up on Monday and met with the salesman I was emailing with and saw the SUV. She loved it. She went back in Wednesday morning to "finalize" the deal. I even emailed the salesman the night before, forwarded him the offer from the other dealership, and he told me it wouldn't be a problem. I said, please don't waste our time, if you can't match it, I'll go elsewhere. He assured us it would not be an issue. Long story short, they were never selling us that SUV for 35K OTR. They had "dealer add-ons" that they never told me about even though I asked specifically and gave them the stock number of the vehicle listed on the website (no mention on the site either ). They kept my wife there for almost two hours going back and forth until finally she got up and left. We had three other dealerships working the rest of the day to get us a color we wanted. O'Donnell Honda was great. They only had white but spent all day trying to get another color for us. Honda of Annapolis offered to have a black one picked up at another dealership. We ended up going to Northwest Honda. They had a obsidian blue one on the floor of the showroom. They were great. 35K on the road. It's a shame that we had to waste our time with Jim Coleman but it all worked out in the end. I would never recommend Jim Coleman Honda to anyone. More

Awesome Service I recently took my car in for its first service (A1). During the visit, they found that I had a nail in one of my tires. They fixed the tire, and p I recently took my car in for its first service (A1). During the visit, they found that I had a nail in one of my tires. They fixed the tire, and performed the service very quickly. My appointment was at 8, and they finished at 9. My Service Team Lead, Tim, was very friendly, professional, and gave me an update during the visit. As for price, since I am a member of the President's Club I was only charged for the tire repair - can't beat that!!! Overall great experience - fast and high-quality service department here at Jim Coleman's! More
