When I had a problem in the dead of this winter, the gentleman who sold me the vehicle went the extra mile to see that the problem was resolved. His name is Dion Calloway. Dion came by my house to start my dead battery, led me to the service department, and on the return trip to my house (while the service people worked on my car), Dion took me by a Giant so I could buy food. Then he took me home. Next day the very pleasant and helpful service person named Vicki called to say the car was ready, Dion picked me up and took me to the dealership, and my car was returned in full working order. This is truly going the “extra mile.” I highly recommend this dealership. More
