The salesman took the time to accommodate me and clearly explained the differences in the models of my interest. In fact, I went in to get a 2016 and left with a 2017 and stayed within my budget. I highly recommend my car salesman if you are shopping for a Honda. I look forward to buying my next car my salesman although it will some years before I purchase my next vehicle. Professional and accommodating I'm the first to admit that I'm a skittish car buyer. I don't like spending large sums of money and feel overwhelmed with all the decisions. I came in at the end of the month and the place was quite busy. Richard did a great job negotiating my deal and keeping me engaged. I had several schedule conflicts and he was more than accommodating. I also hate the upsells and addons but ended up buying two products/services that felt a good value. The business manager John Panetta was great, kept the paper moving and was straight forward and no nonsense. And the car itself is superb. I got a great car at a decent price. More
