Both were very helpful and also sensitive to the fact that we were travelling the next day, so it was a fact-finding mission. Richard gave us the test drive people dream of: revealing great details in the vehicles features and answering all of our questions. There was now no doubt we were a 2017 Accord. Sam was great to work with on that visit, and when we returned from vacation to make the purchase. A seamless and non-tedious process from Sales into the options, and then on to Finance; each person was very friendly and efficient. Richard Berger made me feel at ease and unpressured to purchase my vehicle unlike most other car salesmen that I have encountered. I am a Libra and we are very indecisive human beings. He was really patient with me. He made sure that my whole process was smooth and when I was hungry he offered every snack and meal that he had. I enjoyed the choc chip cookies. Its been two weeks and he still reaches out to me, sends texts and emails to make sure everything is still running smooth. He is your guy, not only would I return but I would request his assistance without a doubt. My only problem was with the Donna who sells the gap insurance and other features offered by the company. She was very unwelcoming and demanding. I did not like her vibe at all. Although I didn't feel pressured, she is does not let up (she doesn't understand what "NO" is" and will offer over and over and try to make you feel bad for your decisions which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable because at that point were seemed agitated by each other. I was over her. But besides that everyone else was nothing but positive and authentic. More

From the moment I started chatting with Sam until the moment I was closing the deal with Ms. Bhagat, I was extremely impressed by their so welcoming attitude and professional behavior. I felt as if a close member of my family processing the deal as well as prepping its finances for me. The comfort zone that these 2 put me in was incredibly good and had no apprehension towards it. Mr. Chads is a solid, knowledgeable and untraditionally caring car salesman that I highly recommend.
