Jim Coleman Cadillac Was Awesome On My New Cadillac Purchase Jim Coleman Cadillac did an awesome job ordering and delivering my wife's new Cadillac. My wife and I have been in the market for a newly redesigned 2015 Cadillac Escalade. These vehicles have recently been released and are in short supply. I tried to order one the way I wanted it at a dealership (to remain nameless) closer to my home, that dealership would only let me purchase a vehicle from their ordered inventory. They would not take an order for the Escalade even with a substantial deposit. If we were going to spend that kind of money on a new vehicle, we wanted what we wanted, not what the dealer thought we should have. I made contact with the Cadillac Regional Representative to find a solution to my dilemma, that solution was Jim Coleman Cadillac!!! Tim Ralston called me. We talked about my needs and he sent me a quote and build sheet for the vehicle that we wanted. I gave him a deposit over the phone and he ordered our new vehicle. Tim gave us a approximate delivery date and we awaited it's arrival. Tim called us to let us know that the vehicle was built and shipped from the factory. He reconfirmed the approximate arrival date. As the approximated delivery date arrived my wife was disappointed that no phone call came. But on the day after, that phone call came and our new Escalade was being unloaded as we spoke. We asked Tim when could we pick it up, he asked when we wanted it? We told him as soon as we could get it, Tim's reply was see you this afternoon. When we arrived at the dealership Tim assigned us to one of his salesman Darrell Landon. Darrell was great to deal with, he went over every feature on the new vehicle, making sure that my wife understood how to operate it. Darrell truly wanted her to have a great experience buying this new Cadillac. He stated that after a couple days of getting used to everything if we had any question to call him. He would go out on the lot and get in a like vehicle to walk her through any issues. Now that is great service. Our family had a great buying experience during the purchase of our new Cadillac at Jim Coleman Cadillac. They didn't know us, we didn't have a friend call ahead for us, they just treated us great. I highly recommend Jim Coleman's Cadillac dealership, their people made the difference for us and I bet they will for your family to. More

This is the twentieth new car I've purchased in the last twenty years and it was, by far, the best new car sales experience I've ever had. The ordering process was seamless and drama free; I was notified that my vehicle was in route and not pressured to pick it up immediately; when I was able to get back to town to take delivery of the car, my paperwork was filled-in on-line; the car was prepped and ready for delivey when I arrived, I was given top KBB dollar for my trade; and I was in-and-out of the finance office and on my way within forty minutes of arriving at the dealership while my eight and six yeard olds watched a movie on my iPad in the showroom. No hassle, no pressure. Central to all of this was the way Glenn handled the deal from start to finish. He is an exemplary professional and courteous salesperson. This is the first Cadillac I've owned, but if the entire dealer experience turns out to be like the sales process, I suspect that I'll be back in Jim Coleman's showroom again before too long. KO More

Got Another Cadillac! :) I had a 2004 Cadillac CTS with over 170,000 miles. I loved that car and was trying to hang on to it until it got to 200,000 miles. Because of the high mileage, friends and family suggested that I get another car. I decided to go to Jim Coleman Cadillac because in the past I received good customer service. Nana at Jim Coleman Cadillac, sold me a certified pre-owned Cadillac CTS with only about 20,000 miles. It is a beautiful, smooth driving car. Nana was polite and professional. Once again I had a great experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac! More

Our previous dealership visit (not Coleman Cadillac) was borderline conniving in my opinion. I guess the salesman/manager did not expect me to understand the paperwork or numbers. Nonetheless, the vehicle I test drove at the other location was very nice. I absolutely loved the color of the other SUV (smoked gray). My husband decided to check out Jim Coleman Cadillac for the GMC Denali that was listed on their lot. It was quarter to 5pm on a Sunday when we arrived to Coleman and Na Na was due to be off from work at 5pm. To my surprise, Na Na greeted us at the door with open arms. He showed us around and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. It was not our intention on purchasing anything on this particular day but after dealing with Na Na, we walked out with a beautiful all white 2010 GMC Denali. My husband is very happy with the purchase. I feel like I negotiated a little more but my husband (Denali expert) thought the price was a great deal. I rated this survey in the manner to which I did because I feel I should have negotiated a little harder but the overall experience was GREAT! More

I called the dealership and was connected with Glenn Price, asking if the vehicle was still available and made an appointment to test drive. Although I was late, Glenn waited (even though he had plans) and we pursued the viewing and test drive in the pouring rain. While there were financing difficulties at first, after 2 conversations, Glenn and Stew (finance manager) made it happen. The 2011 SRX was perfect and the color I've always wanted. It is in excellent condition, is certified and appears to be new. Glenn was charming, knowledgeable and thorough. Stew made the process very quick and the deal was completed in only a couple hours. I would highly recommend this dealership, and encourage visiting with Glenn Price. What a great place! More

Instead of recognizing the problems i was having with the documents they wanted me to sign they became irrational and tried to pressure me into signing. I asked to see the general manager and when he came he was just a bad as the rest of the sales team. Stay away from this dealer. More
Not a "luxury" dealership. We purchased a CERTIFIED pre-owned SRX in February 2014, and less than a month later, the check engine light came on. It would turn off sporadically t We purchased a CERTIFIED pre-owned SRX in February 2014, and less than a month later, the check engine light came on. It would turn off sporadically then turn back on, and unfortunately it was off for our scheduled appointment. My husband waited THREE HOURS for them to "diagnose" the vehicle, only to have them tell us that their machine couldn't give enough information because the check engine light was off. As part of our warranty package, we are supposed to get a loaner rental while they service our car. This was never offered to my husband, which was frustrating because there were other things he could have been doing during that time. Additionally, after seeing him wait for that long, they should have offered him something, which sas been our experience at other dealerships. Maybe our standards are too high, but we've never sat for that long with no updates, an offer for a drink, or an offer for a loaner while they work on the car. A large reason we purchased our SRX was to get the same service that we've experienced at other luxury car dealerships (we own a Jaguar and an Acura as well). This dealership doesn't seem to offer this. For example, we were told before we purchased that complimentary car washes are included for the life of the vehicle. What we weren't told was that this was pending on who was at the dealership and how "busy" they were the day you want to come in. So far, my husband has had two car washes there, and both times he waited an HOUR AND A HALF. We know it's not going to happen quickly every time, but we have never had to wait over 20 minutes with having our vehicles washed at other dealerships. Additionally, one of the times the car was "washed," we still had to take it to a car wash because of the poor job they did on the wash. The other times he has tried to get the car washed, reasons they couldn't do it include: they were too "busy," (and asked to return the following WEEK), weather wasn't "nice" enough, and their car wash machine was broken. The check engine light came back on again yesterday, and we have an appointment today, hoping they can do something about it. We are really crossing our fingers that things get better from here. This is not what we signed up for when we purchased our vehicle. Although nothing majorly wrong has happened, nothing right has happened either. We are disappointed by the fact that the light has come on twice in two months of owning (when Certified vehicles should be as good as "new), and more importantly, with the less than mediocre treatment we have received from this "luxury" dealership. Maybe we should have gone with the Volvo we were looking it... something we will keep in mind for the next car. More
I purchased an Escalade in 2002 from Jim Coleman and the experience was unbelievable. They were awesome ! So at 206,000 miles it was time for a new one. The whole team there is great to work with. I can only hope I get another 200,000 miles out of the new vehicle. And thank you to a business who knows what good customer service is. More
