Together their wealth of knowledge and ability to CARE about me as a customer was truly invaluable. They ensured that the service i received on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was their top priority and ensured the work was done to meet exact specifications. I will tell anyone that i TRUST them in their decisions which now a days you do not hear to often. Even after my truck was fixed Kevin called me to see how my truck was running. All i can say is what a great service! Finally, I would like to tell Jim, to give both these guys a promotion or a raise because at the end of the day a hug or a pat on the back is not enough! More

My dealer’s service department (Donte) refused to assist me in the issue I was having with the electronics on my 2023 Altima. I had no radio, guidance system and Bluetooth. Instead I was given a phone numbe me in the issue I was having with the electronics on my 2023 Altima. I had no radio, guidance system and Bluetooth. Instead I was given a phone number to call. When calling reception was poor and their English was really bad. Finally after shutting the car off three times problem went away. Thanks for the help Jim Click Service department!! Service Experience - I had my Titan repaired twice at the dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, t dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, they left tools and hardware in the back seat, they did not attach the passenger seat belt correctly, and were unable or did not correctly fix the frame damage. When I expressed concerns to the manager they scoffed and said it wasn't a big deal. They really made it seem like I was just inconveniencing them. Sales Experience - I bought my Titan from the same dealership as above. I walked in and was greeted by Rosa. I told her I wanted to buy a Titan. She walked me around the building in circles for about 10 minutes trying to find someone to "help" me. However, once she found out that I had secured my own financing she quickly told me she would take care of me. Why the xxxx would you walk me around in circles trying to pawn me off on someone if you can do the work yourself. More
I recently went to Jim Click Nissan to get my car serviced. I was greeted my Miguel and asked me what needed to be done.. I told him I needed to get a oil change and filter change..He took care of me serviced. I was greeted my Miguel and asked me what needed to be done.. I told him I needed to get a oil change and filter change..He took care of me right away. He was professional and seem to have smile on his face all the time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as I requested. He is truly as asset to your company and need more kind people such as him. Dropped my car off yesterday to get repaired. I was texted a number so I can stay in contact. I texted this morning - no answer all day. I tried to call that number- not a good number. I cannot get any one to pick up the phone. Does anyone work there and does anyone care about their customers. I am pretty pissed off with no communication, now Friday is almost over, and I will be without my car, hopefully Monday I might get an answer. This is ridiculous. I can go on about my anger towards this dealership but maybe they need to work on customer service and answer a phone, I am sure they have them in many locations in the business. Maybe they don't know how to say hi how can I help you. More

I have been going there since 2005 with every nissan I bought, but something has changed. No more smiles or greetings, they act like they hate their job and the people that come in. REALLY!!! I am really in doubt now if my car was even checked. Free oil change is not worth the headache, won't be back and next car will be other than Nissan. More
