I bought a new car from Jim Click which includes oil changes for life. I am able to take my car to any of their dealership for the oil change, sounds great. Here's my story, I have my driver settings changes for life. I am able to take my car to any of their dealership for the oil change, sounds great. Here's my story, I have my driver settings set a way that I can control the car without fighting the car (steering itself to stay in lanes). Everytime Jim Click changes oil they disconnect battery which resets all car settings, twice this situation almost caused an accident leaving dealership, and my request not to disconnect battery falls on deaf ears. A manager told me about the procedure to disconnect battery and they WILL NOT change procedure even when requested, and when I tell them that I don't feel safe about how they change oil. I am told maybe I should go elsewhere for my oil change, maybe it will take some getting hurt or someone taking legal action. That's my story, judge for yourself. More

Sales experience was good, even though I didn't end up buying from them. Special shout out to Franklin Stocker who was the best sales experience I have had shopping for any car. Overall good experience in buying from them. Special shout out to Franklin Stocker who was the best sales experience I have had shopping for any car. Overall good experience in sales. Service wise, it's been a nightmare trying to get anyone to respond to texts or messages trying to get a service. The only way I have gotten a response is if I call the "maintenance for life" phone and then try and get them to transfer me to the correct person. Even when I do this, nobody follows up when parts are in for warranty work. While you are at the dealership, most of the service advisor staff are dismissive and rude. There are a few who are not but most of them treat any question as if it's personally offensive to them or as if I am taking up an unreasonable amount of time (it was a simple question, I was not). If they are overwhelmed because they are understaffed, then Jim Click needs to hire more service advisors. We now drive hours out of Tucson to get a Mazda service appointment for our warranty work. As of right now I am still waiting on a call back after 5 business days, meanwhile a competitor dealership with higher service traffic responded in 1 business day. Mechanics are the best part of this service department. Sent videos of the repair and were friendly. Service advisors and management is what makes it bad. More
I was willing to travel a long distance to get the best deal on a new car, and that deal ended up being at Jim Click. The deal they offered me on a new MX-5 RF made other dealership's eyes pop when I tried deal on a new car, and that deal ended up being at Jim Click. The deal they offered me on a new MX-5 RF made other dealership's eyes pop when I tried to get them to match or beat it. Riley was the Salesman I hooked up with at JIM Click, and he is definitely they guy to go to. He is extremely passionate about cars, beyond just salesmanship, in the exact kind of way you want your dealer to be. He will make sure you leave with a vehicle that fits you best, not line their pockets the most. Meanwhile, I suspect Kevin was the real wizard behind the paperwork that got me the deal that broke the back of nearly every Mazda dealer in Arizona. xxxxxxto both of them. More
