Had appt at 9:30 and was told about one and a half hour wait. After one hour and 45 min, asked how soon? Was told our car was not even started yet! If you like getting your car serviced at the dealership where you bought it,, then don't buy from Jim Click. Worst service department experience ever. We made an appointment for 9:30 am 3 weeks in advanc where you bought it,, then don't buy from Jim Click. Worst service department experience ever. We made an appointment for 9:30 am 3 weeks in advance, drove an hour to get there and arrived on time. After checking in we were told it would take about 1.5 hours and be done around 11:00 am. After sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and no communication with us, we asked where our car was. We were told they hadn't even started on it yet and it wouldn't be done until 3:00 pm. We didn't have all day to sit there. They knew when we checked in that it would be delayed and could have rescheduled our appointment, but they let us sit there, wasting our time without a word to us. What's the point of having an appointment? More
Service department has the WORST customer service I've ever had! They won't call you and let you know whats wrong with your car or when it will be finished. Totally Unacceptable! Do not ask to see an invoice to find out if you are being ripped off. They will stop all contact with you. Typical car dealer. Spoke with Val over the phone to see about an oil change. She said only by appointment. I agreed and then she said there are no openings til mid April. Are you effin kiddin me?! Pushy finance department, great service department I have been a customer of Jim Click Kia for over 4 years. I take my car to be serviced every time it is due, and the service is usually pretty great. I have been a customer of Jim Click Kia for over 4 years. I take my car to be serviced every time it is due, and the service is usually pretty great. They offer to wash my car, they are pretty timely in doing the oil change and the maintenance for life package is definitely worth it. I took my sister here to purchase a car just like mine. The salesman was nice and informative. When he got all of our info, he led us to the finance department. We are sat down in front of some paperwork that has already been prepared. I understand that dealers make money on the add-ons like GAP insurance and additional warranties. After sitting in the office, we went back and forth for 2 hours about why we had to get the gap insurance and added warranty to get the better interest rate. That is not true. He could have got a better interest rate but only wanted to TRY if we agreed to purchase the dealer add-ons. It was 2 hours past closing when we just got exhausted and they finally lowered the Interest rate by 3% just to make us happy. Which we appreciated. I just wish they would have listened from the beginning. It was really a stressful situation and I am not even sure I want to go there again! But I have to because that is where I like to get my car serviced. More
