Getting service done here is a very frustrating process with no communication. I really wish the Kia dealership had a better process in place for making appointments and getting updates. I was given a phone number to text/call but have not received ANY response. I tried calling and texting the direct line given to me with absolutely no response and tried calling the main line with the same experience. If it weren't for the recalls we need fixed I would go anywhere else. I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience so far and I don't know when I will ever see my vehicle again. More
I originally gave a poor review regarding the communication with the service department. The manager dealt with my concerns quickly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled! More

My car was towed to Jim Click Kia Tucson on Monday. I have left several messages but no one returns my calls. It is now Saturday and No Response! I have no car or I would go there in person to see wha I have left several messages but no one returns my calls. It is now Saturday and No Response! I have no car or I would go there in person to see what’s going on. My Kia has 15k miles and I should at least have a rental by now! I am disgusted. Btw I have bought 4 Nissan here and brought all three of my kids here to buy their first car. Very disappointed. More
Steve carefully guided me through sales process even though inventory was so low for Kia Soul model “S” that dealers had none on the lot. He kept in touch, but not overly, until this new car finally arrived. He & sales mgr Jason kept me informed, tried to give me best deal even when dealership’s price was still way over MSRP. Steve spent 2 hour sessions w/me to learn all the smart features after my purchase. I’m very satisfied & delighted with the Kia Soul S, just what I wanted! More
Sorry I didn't check this before I took my car here for service. Every one of these reviews is spot on. Service is poor (e.g. they've "fixed" a strut twice and it's still a problem; they've left the car w service. Every one of these reviews is spot on. Service is poor (e.g. they've "fixed" a strut twice and it's still a problem; they've left the car without a functioning wiper fluid sprayer despite specific requests to fix on two separate visits). But communication is worse - you'll call the service department, get sent to voice mail ... and never hear back. Heck, when I asked to speak with a manager to describe my concerns, I was told I'd get a call back ... then got ghosted. I don't think I've ever given anybody a 1-star review before, but these guys are, um, exceptional. More
Just bought a Kia from here. Everyone was really nice: Harry, Joe, and the finance guy (Kenneth?) We'll see when it comes to service, but for the purchase, everybody was great. We would have been first-time Kia owners. Our sales rep, Caleb, was polite and informative. However, $5193 over MSRP for a Sorento PHEV? No thanks. Perhaps other customers fall for the "high-demand" nonsense, but there are other vehicles competing in this market segment without a gouge like this, many carrying premium brand names and ownership experiences. This dealer is very shady. Their business practices are far less than ethical. My wife tried to buy a sportage from them with a FICO score well into the 750+and she encountered: A salesman that tried to d far less than ethical. I was never informed as the legal owner of the car. They bypassed me and contacted the lien holder directly. This caused major problems for me as accusations of attempted fraud were made against my wife by the lien holder Everything about the attempted purchase was unethical on the dealer side DO NOT TRY TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE AT BEST ARE UNETHICAL IN MY OPINION!! More
