They were able to repair 2 of the issues but couldn’t repair the other 2. Very poor service. They didn’t follow through with what they promised. Very flippant attitude and made rude comments. And this was from the service manager. More

The It took 5 visits and a total of 11 days for the service department to fix my a/c. The first 3 visits I was treated like a was wasting their time. The service advisor Janelle was very discourteous and unprofessional. They did find the Freon low by almost 30% on the 3rd visit. So they realized I wasn't wasting their time. But this didn't fix the problem. The 4th visit the vehicle was in the shop for 5 days. They first stated the a/c was fine but I showed a video i took of the a/c thermometer showing the 40-65 degree fluctuation. I went on a test drive with the advisor, John, and the a/c showed the unusual fluctuation. They replaced 3 different parts in the a/c and the 3rd part fixed the problem, so they thought. When I picked up the vehicle I told the advisor that the a/c problem is a common problem with this model car and told him the issue was the thermistor. This part wasn't one of the 3 parts that were changed. It took me 2 mins online to find the cause of the problem. I took the vehicle home and the problem was still occurring. I had also contacted another dealership and asked them what the issue could be and they said it could be the thermistor, which is something easily tested. I took the car back in, 5th visit, and I was advised later in the day that the thermistor was defective. It was replaced. I picked up my vehicle a few days later, today, when it was ready. I hope it is fixed. Time will tell. The advisor I worked with the last two visits, John, was very courteous and professional. I'm not sure why the thermistor wasn't checked the first time the vehicle was in there for the a/c issue its obviously a common problem and the other dealership knew it could be the problem. More
