Mr. Starr was right there to greet me and was able to get my vehicle serviced amazingly fast! The professional technician Sam installed the courtesy interior protection before the service was performed and I just cannot say enough good about my experience with Jim Charlon FORD or Ridgecrest. The manger (Kenny Charlon) changed the red tag price to the sticker price on the contract and snuck it by my 72 year old sister. I had vouched for this dealership, how wrong I was. If you are looking for a fair and honest dealer, you should keep write on driving. Shame on you Charlon Ford of Ridgecrest. Just a note, after confronting the sales man, he did apologize.
