Then why was I asked to review the service I received after buying a car at Jim Butler. I know where I bought my car, your survey did not have a location identifier. Are you saying that you, the parent company, are not responsible for your Crestwood Used Car lot? I bet if it was a great review you all wouldn't have said a thing.
