We were told to drop the truck off so they could start on Monday. So we dropped it off on Sunday and put the keys in the drop box and then we got a call on Monday to call them and I couldn’t get a hold of an Monday. The staff was very courteous and I felt that my vehicle had been left in good hands. My vehicle was brought around for me and was clean when I got in it. It’s hard to guess how far in advance to call so that you don’t run too many miles over before your appointment. Most other places are a week but here it’s a month. You can put a lot of miles on in a month. More
