I'm deeply disappointed to learn that your tire rotation was not completed as requested and that we were unable to assist you with the removal of the locking lug nuts due to the absence of the locking lug nut key. This is not the level of service that we strive to provide to our valued customers, and completely understand your frustration and disappointment.
