Serious disappointment regarding the recent handling of my vehicle following an accident. After the initial repairs were completed, I immediately noticed that my car was shaking and driving in a jerky mann my vehicle following an accident. After the initial repairs were completed, I immediately noticed that my car was shaking and driving in a jerky manner—symptoms that were not present before the accident. I was told that no issues were found and that my car was ready for pickup. However, no one discussed any findings or details with me at the time of pickup . Upon reviewing the receipt afterward, I noticed that “warped rotors” were mentioned—an issue I had raised from the beginning, as I experienced jerky braking and grinding sounds immediately after the collision. Additionally, the gas range meter had not moved a single mile from where I left it, which strongly suggests that no test drive was performed to assess the concerns I raised. This leads me to believe that my vehicle was not properly inspected at all. As a result of this lack of thoroughness, the at-fault insurance provider is now refusing further assistance, citing your assessment that no accident-related issues remain. I am now left with a vehicle that is clearly not driving correctly, and no support to resolve the matter. I feel this entire process has been a waste of my time and has left me without the help I rightfully deserve. More
