We scheduled a fix with you for an email recall from KIA Corp to have a fuse replaced. This was after another dealer had said that my Optima didn’t need it. When we arrived they told my wife that they didn’ Corp to have a fuse replaced. This was after another dealer had said that my Optima didn’t need it. I had an appointment scheduled for a recall item and an oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm. Keith got me in right away and completed my service entirely s oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm. My husband and I have taken but of our there to get fixed and they call and say it's ready and it has the same problem we took in for. One day appt took 4 days. My vehicle was driven well beyond any test drive mileage and time. So take it for a joyride for 27 miles!!?? I feel violated and have lost any trust in this service dept. More
Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much, but the waiting area was pleasant enough. The sale process was great my issue was after the sale was completed the dealership failed to respond in a timely manner when I called or texted I either received no response or would be told that they wo was completed the dealership failed to respond in a timely manner when I called or texted I either received no response or would be told that they would get right back to me and then there was no response. The communication part is a huge deal in any business. I just wish the communication was a lot better after the sale. More
