The part/assembly that they replaced did NOT work when the said they said it was ready to pickup . Poor customer service that they did not check to ensure it worked properly (I.e. it was a defective par the said they said it was ready to pickup . O had to take a half day vacation to bring it back to be told that I’ll have to bring it back again after they get a new part (hopefully it works… but I’ll have to drop it off again and be without a car )…I will never buy a Kia again due to the recurring parts replacement issues on our Optima’s , the nationally-known issues with Kia’s being easily stolen and Kia doing nothing about it, and the fact that our service experience with our Toyotas at Jay Wolfe is light-years better than our Kia experience More

Keith is and always has been great in his role. He is very honest and only tries to sell you if something if it is really needed, meaning not trying to up-sell KIA products. I have always liked these service dept guys from the beginning , they have found things wrong before it became an issue with my car, I just wish they had a loaner car, as I can get more things done.. The valet service they offer seems to surprise them the day of each time. I end up having to call to remind them to come pick up my vehicle, which results in getting my vehicle back later than expected. Ea day of each time.
