When I drove my new 2022 Kia Soul off the lot on Friday the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back ordered. They kept me posted on what was happening. As soon as they were able to get those parts, they got me in and replaced audio system and outlet. Happy to say they stayed right on top of the situation. More
He still has not contacted me to schedule an appointment to have my windshield leak fixed. I am considering contacting KIA corporate to file a complaint and taking it to another Kia dealership considering t to have my windshield leak fixed. Service department took good care of me since I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I’ve had some issues when I have called to ask questions at the dealership. I’m considering getting rid of my Kia because of the experience that I’ve had there. My car just turned over 34,000 miles. After my oil change I looked up to see when my next one would be. And they had written down 75,000 miles for my oil change. There’s no way that my car which does not take synthetic oil Would be able to go 40,000+ miles without oil change. So there was a lot of inconsistency altogether. I’m looking at least in car with another dealership. My experiences not always been negative but the last two times has been challenging to say the least. More
