My oil change took over 3 hours with an appointment this last week. I don’t plan on coming back to Jim butler because every time I come there is an issue with service and timeliness. I understand staffing i last week. I don’t plan on coming back to Jim butler because every time I come there is an issue with service and timeliness. I understand staffing is an issue but the schedule needs to be adjusted to the staffing level. Also, the last time I got an oil change it leaked in my driveway. More

It took 1 and 1/2 months to get a service appointment. Then they can’t check my check engine light because there was no tech even though it was on my appointment. Then they forgot about me at my appointment while I sat there for 3 hours. Then the said they would call me with the how much it would be to fix my car and I am still waiting. So i am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at my appointment. I do not recommend. More
