Disappointed windshield washer fluid not filled when I was instructed to empty it. My lines were freezing. I did so. I also reminded the front desk and when the gentleman came to explain they were running was instructed to empty it. My lines were freezing. I did so. I later drove my car and discovered with heavy fog and dirty greasy overspray from a truck hit my windshield that I had zero windshield fluid when the wipers smeared this film across my windshield. Very dangerous situation. Very disappointed. I thought I could trust their word. Apparently I couldn’t. More

I went to look at cars and worked with Mike Wheeler. He answered every question thoroughly and knew the ins and outs of all the trim levels. He was great to work with and did not pressure me at all.
