All staff greeted me with a welcome and a smile. Paperwork was processed quickly and my car was tagged and taken to the garage within a short time. Waiting area was clean and neat. The part/assembly that they replaced did NOT work when the said they said it was ready to pickup . Poor customer service that they did not check to ensure it worked properly (I.e. it was a defective par the said they said it was ready to pickup . O had to take a half day vacation to bring it back to be told that I’ll have to bring it back again after they get a new part (hopefully it works… but I’ll have to drop it off again and be without a car )…I will never buy a Kia again due to the recurring parts replacement issues on our Optima’s , the nationally-known issues with Kia’s being easily stolen and Kia doing nothing about it, and the fact that our service experience with our Toyotas at Jay Wolfe is light-years better than our Kia experience More
